Biennially, the State Advisory Council on Indian Education (SACIE), in collaboration with the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, sponsors an American Indian Education Summit, highlighting K-12 education programs and outcomes for Native students.
Key topics will include equitable and intentional practices to support and reinforce American Indian student Identity for improved educational outcomes for all of our American Indian students statewide.
